On Wednesday May 22 Angsana Laguna Phuket and Angsana Villas Resort Phuket held an event entitled ‘Cooking Class with Miss Universe from New Zealand’ at Seedlings Restaurant. Miss Universe New Zealand finalists 2019 participated the cooking contest. The participants were divided into three groups and prepared local Phuket dishes such as yam pak kood goong sod – fresh shrimp salad.
Seedlings is a social enterprise eatery concept aiming to empower young adults via vocational training and job opportunities. The restaurant focuses on local dishes and is located in Laguna Phuket area.
